Immigration services

Advice and representation across temporary and permanent pathways. Each engagement starts with a candid look at what fits your circumstances, and what does not.

BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration

For experienced business owners and senior managers

A temporary-to-permanent route: you start or buy an eligible business in B.C., run it on a work permit under a Performance Agreement with the province, and can then be nominated for permanent residence.

How Olga helps: stream selection (Base or Regional), registration, application and interview preparation, the work permit, the final report and the permanent residence application.

Express Entry

For skilled workers in Canada or abroad

Express Entry manages applications for the Canadian Experience Class, the Federal Skilled Worker Program and the Federal Skilled Trades Program. Candidates are ranked in a pool and invited to apply through general and category-based rounds.

How Olga helps: eligibility and ranking review, profile strategy, document planning and a complete permanent residence application after an invitation.

Provincial nominee programs

For workers and graduates with ties to a province

Most provinces nominate candidates who meet their labour market needs, through streams aligned with Express Entry or through separate streams. A nomination then supports a permanent residence application to IRCC.

How Olga helps: comparing provincial options, registration and application support, and the federal application after nomination.

Family sponsorship

For Canadian citizens, permanent residents and their families

Sponsorship covers spouses, common-law and conjugal partners, dependent children, and parents and grandparents. Parent and grandparent sponsorship opens only through limited intake rounds, so planning ahead matters.

How Olga helps: sponsor and applicant eligibility, relationship evidence, forms and submission, and responses to IRCC requests.

Work permits

For workers and employers

Most work permits are either supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or exempt from one, for example under trade agreements, intra-company transfers or International Experience Canada. Some are tied to one employer; others are open.

How Olga helps: identifying the right category, preparing employer and worker documents, and extensions or changes of conditions.

Study permits

For international students and their families

Study permit rules have changed considerably since 2024, including national caps and, for most applicants, a provincial or territorial attestation letter. A strong application shows a clear study plan and sufficient funds.

How Olga helps: checking the requirements for your program, preparing the application and planning for accompanying family members.

Visitor visas and Super Visa

For visitors, business travellers, parents and grandparents

Citizens of many countries need a visitor visa to come to Canada; others need an electronic travel authorization (eTA) to fly. The Super Visa lets parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents stay for up to five years at a time.

How Olga helps: preparing visitor and Super Visa applications, including invitation letters and financial and insurance evidence.

PR cards and residency obligation

For permanent residents

Permanent residents must be physically present in Canada for at least 730 days in every five-year period. Renewing a PR card, or applying for a travel document from abroad, means showing that the obligation is met or that humanitarian factors apply.

How Olga helps: PR card renewals, permanent resident travel documents and residency obligation reviews.

Citizenship

For permanent residents ready to become Canadian

Adult applicants generally need 1,095 days of physical presence in Canada in the five years before applying, along with tax filing and, where they apply, language and knowledge requirements.

How Olga helps: calculating physical presence, reviewing eligibility and preparing a complete application.

Representation before the IRB

For people facing appeals or hearings

As a Class L3 licensee (RCIC-IRB), Olga can represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, for example in sponsorship or residency obligation appeals at the Immigration Appeal Division.

How Olga helps: assessing the case, preparing evidence and submissions, and representation at the hearing.
