Building a business in British Columbia?
BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration lets experienced business owners and senior managers start or buy a business in B.C., run it on a work permit, and then be nominated for permanent residence. It is detailed and competitive, so the first decisions matter most: which stream, which community and which business.
| Requirement | Base | Regional |
|---|---|---|
| Personal net worth | $600,000+ | $300,000+ |
| Personal investment | $200,000+ | $100,000+ |
| Location | Anywhere in B.C. | Participating community outside Metro Vancouver |
| Existing business | Can buy and grow one | New businesses only |
Checked on WelcomeBC, October 20, 2026. Base and Regional streams are open and holding regular invitation rounds.

You discuss your goals, the pathways worth exploring and anything that needs a closer look.
Decide on next steps
If you want help with an application, you receive a written service agreement with the scope and fees before any work begins.
Questions people ask
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first 20-minute consultation has no fee and no obligation. If you later decide to work with Olga, the services and fees are set out in a written service agreement first.
Can you guarantee that my application will be approved?
No, and no one honestly can. Decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or a provincial program. What Olga can do is assess your options candidly, prepare a complete and accurate application, and tell you plainly when a plan carries risk.
Do I need to live in Vancouver?
No. You can consult from anywhere in Canada or abroad. Consultations take place by video call or phone.
How can I check that Olga is licensed?
Search her name or licence number R1034444 on the public register of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants at register.college-ic.ca. Our guide explains what to look for.
