Privacy notice
How personal information sent through this website is handled.
Who is responsible
Mazur Visa is the immigration consulting practice of Olga Malgorzata Mazur, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Contact: olga@mazurvisa.com.
What is collected
When you request a consultation, the form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, country of residence, preferred language and meeting format, the topic and short description you provide, your preferred time and earliest date, your time zone and, if you choose to give them, approximate business information. Please do not send identity numbers, bank details or documents through the form.
To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from a person, using technical signals such as your IP address and browser information. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. The site does not use advertising cookies.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, arrange the consultation, prepare the written consultation agreement, keep records the regulator requires, and protect the website against abuse. It is not sold or used for advertising.
If you are in the European Union, including Poland, the legal bases are your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement, plus a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
How long it is kept
Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, your file is kept as the College's record-keeping rules require. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw your consent, or have your information deleted, by writing to olga@mazurvisa.com. In British Columbia you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner. People in the European Union also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and may complain to their local data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are checked and sent directly to Olga's business email, and access is limited to the people who need it to respond.
