Frequently asked questions

What happens in the free 20-minute consultation?

You describe your situation and goals, and Olga outlines the pathways worth exploring, the main requirements and risks, and a sensible next step. It is an orientation, not a full eligibility assessment.

Why do I sign an agreement for a free consultation?

The CICC Code of Professional Conduct requires a written consultation agreement before any initial consultation, even a free one. It records who Olga is, her licence number, the purpose of the consultation and that no fee is charged.

Which languages can I use?

English, Polish or Persian. Service agreements and official forms are in English, and documents in other languages usually need certified translations for Canadian authorities.

How are fees set?

Any paid work is set out in a written service agreement that lists the services, the fee (fixed or hourly), expected disbursements, government fees and the payment terms. Nothing is charged before you agree in writing.

Do I have to use a consultant?

No. IRCC and the BC PNP accept applications from people who apply on their own and do not process represented files faster. Many people choose professional help for complex files, after a refusal, or when the stakes are high.

Can you help if I live outside Canada?

Yes. Many people start the process from abroad. Consultations take place by video call or phone, and most applications are submitted online.

What should I have ready for the consultation?

Nothing formal. It helps to know your current immigration status, any previous Canadian applications or refusals, language test results, and the outline of your education and work history. Please do not send documents with your request.

How current is the information on this site?

Program pages show the date they were last checked against official sources and link to those sources. Rules change, so confirm the current requirements, or ask Olga, before you act.
